• Service Area: We currently ship orders to addresses within India only.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.

• Delivery Timeline: The entire delivery process typically takes 5 to 10 working days.

• Courier Delays: Please note that any delays caused by the courier service provider (due to weather, logistics issues, or remote locations) are outside of our control and are not counted within our standard 5–10 day delivery timeline.

• Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping only. Express Shipping is not available.

• Payment Methods: All orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Contact Information: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid Indian mobile number during checkout. The courier may need to contact you for directions or delivery confirmation.

• Lost in Transit: Your purchase is protected. If a product is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
