We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

In the event of shipping damage, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
2. Reporting Damage

Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement. The video to be an unedited one from start wherein the unopened sealed courier is shown till the damage is visible and reported. This video helps us verify the condition of the item upon arrival.
3. Return Shipping

Please note that we do not currently offer a pickup service.

If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item back to our facility.
